Pro-Active – During the course of a normal contract, most customers never hear from their provider, whether it’s the network direct or a dealer, and even when it comes to renewal/upgrade, the emphasis is placed on the customer to call to find out what is on offer. At Mobile Business Solutions we stay in regular contact with all of our customers on a regular basis to ensure they are getting the level of service they require – we also contact them as their renewal/upgrade approaches and actively start looking for a better deal for them.

Reactive – During the course of a mobile phone contract there are certain issues that may crop up, whether it’s to do with billing, handset or account issues, or it could just be down to the fact that you require some good old fashioned friendly advice about a product or service. Mobile Business Solutions provide a dedicated ‘helpdesk’ to deal with such issues; we liaise directly with the network on your behalf which means we can get your issue/query dealt with quickly and efficiently.
